Signing up
Raids start at 19:00 server/Paris EU that means you are inside the instance and buffed up at 19:00, not asking for summons or being afk. (if for some unforseen reason this goes wrong warn an officer before the raid!). Invites are usually available at 18:45 sharp.
Consumables
You should bring food buffs (Fish feasts are usually provided for progress raiding but you should be using the most viable food for you're class/spec. You should also be bringing flasks or elixirs (flasks for the real hard stuff, at least for dps they are better...) and weapon buffs. With the concept of the guildbank we have now there is zero excuse not to be prepared this way!
Focus
You should be focused on the raid, not on the TV, dabbling your boy/girlfriend or whatever your shizzle is, if you wanna spent your time that way then don't sign up for that day.
AFK
AFKing in raids - AFK's during a raid should be kept to the minimum and if possible timed on trash, waiting for afk people when we wanna start a boss is an absolute no go.
AFK in RL - Holidays, problems & the unknown - If you are not going to be able to attend raids or get in game for an extended period of time or even for a few days. Please, please, please post in out AFK section of the forums here<<<
Ventrillo
- You are required to be on Ventrilo, listen to the raid leaders and play as a team, there is 0 space for your ego in our raids, we do this together and that's what makes it fun and allows for maximum progress. If you have suggestions or reasons to do something in a different way, then explain why briefly on vent, if you believe strongly enough to keep trying to suggest a strategy take it to raid chat, above all don't flood vent.
Criticism - be constructive, if somebody does something wrong help them by suggesting how to do it better next time in a polite manner instead of rudely saying that they suck. Please above all don't go OTT (over the top) with needless chit chap on Vent. Its a great help to warn the melee of incoming bomb bots on XT001 and other such things per say. Talking about this and that, the weather, what you had to eat bla bla bla and not leaving room for the Raid Leader is OTT so say ya part, then break (this is not to say you can't have a laugh and a joke on trash and any down time).

Not signing up for raids/signing up late for raids - Your signup for a raid should be up in the system 12 hours prior at the latest, for example. Not signing from now on will not be tolerated by the current officer team. If you have not signed up at least 12 hours in advance.
As in the screenshot you have 3 options Sign/Unsign or Not Sure:
If you simple cannot do this simple task you will receive a -5 DKP penalty. Raids are put up a week if not weeks in advance so there is no excuse to not sign your status.
Now, those that do sign up their status 12 hours prior into the system and make themselves available for invites at 18:45 sharp will be awarded an +2 DKP award if they are not picked for said raid. This DKP will only be given to those who do not get picked for the raid so its now even more now in you're best interest to sign your status prior to a raid here at MR.
Showing up late - If you show up late for a raid without having said so in advance (AFK section, PM to an Officer, MSN or Skype to a fellow member and they have let an officer know, you will receive a -2 DKP penalty. If this behavior persists, the amount of DKP removed will be increased.
Not showing up at all - if you simply do not show up for a raid (without a valid excuse), you will be receiving a -DKP penalty. The DKP penalty will depend on the severity of the occasion, where officers will take the dedication and previous record of a member into account.
Please Note - these rules apply to all ranks - Trials, Raiders and Officers.
